Whatever your specific goal is - for example, to change your eating habits, increase your confidence or manage anxiety - we will always look to uncover the patterns, beliefs and fears that are underlying the problem in order to provide a holistic solution.

Programs include audio recordings of your hypnotherapy sessions, support calls between sessions and additional video tools to deepen your inner resources.

I specialise in relieving anxiety and overwhelm, releasing addictions and dependencies, and removing internal blocks such as lack of confidence or self belief. We work together to crystallise your hypnotherapy goals so you will have measurable results at the end of the program.

My integrative programs are the best way to achieve real, lasting results. Whilst we all would love to be “fixed” in a single session, I have found that committing to a program, even a short one, provides a more effective container for true, long term rewiring and healing to take place. Having said that, you are more than welcome to simply book an initial session to try it out, before committing to a program.

Yes, hypnotherapy is just as effective online. We simply need to be able to see and hear each other, and for you to be in a quiet comfortable space. You will receive an audio recording to listen to between sessions to deepen the subconscious messaging.

If you prefer to do sessions in person, I also see clients in Watsons Bay, Sydney.

The time it takes to see results varies from person to person. Some people shift very quickly and for others it’s a more gradual process. Make sure you are listening to the hypnosis recordings consistently and doing the tasking between sessions to ensure the best results.

Hypnosis is a very natural state. It is similar to a deep meditation where your body is relaxed and your mind is internally focused. Some people experience a deep trance whereas for others it is a lighter experience. You remain aware and in control at all times. 

I schedule 90 minutes for the initial consultation, and subsequent sessions are 60 minutes long. The hypnosis part of the session is between 20-30 minutes at the end of the session.

There may be times when I believe another kind of therapy might be more appropriate in particular circumstances. I will offer referrals where possible.

I don’t work with clients who are facing severe mental health challenges or complex PTSD as I am not sufficiently resourced for this.
